Return Policy Exceptions

Malfunctioning Units: If your unit has malfunctioned within 48 hours of delivery, it may be exchanged for a new unit by contacting the store location where you made your purchase. After 48 hours, the unit must undergo servicing by a manufacturer authorized service provider.

Mattress Comfort Exchange Policy

You must use your mattress for 30 days before a comfort exchange can be made.

Refund Policy

Refunds will generally be in the same form as the original purchase. If the item was paid for by credit or debit card a refund will be made to the same card. If the item was paid for with a check or cash, the amount will be refunded by check within 10 calendar days from the return date.

How long does it take to cancel an order?

Cancelling an Order. Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours as long as the item (s) have not shipped. Orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 2% restocking fee as long as the item (s) have not shipped.

Is US Appliances responsible for damage?

US Appliance is not responsible for any damage not not ed and not reported within 1 business day. Please be assured that all appliances come with the original manufacturer warranty. So any potential problem related to a defect can be handled through the warranty and won't need to be returned.
