How do I return an Alohas item?
The return request must be made within 30 days from the delivery date. If you exceed this timeframe, unfortunately, won't be able to offer a refund, store credit, or exchange. We will accept a return on ALOHAS items that are in new condition, unworn, tags unremoved, and free of damages.
What happens if I reject an Alohas package?
ALOHAS will not be made responsible for the payment of these costs. In case you decide not to comply with the payments of said tariffs and reject the package, this will incur in a penalty fee of 90€ (from the costs of returning the goods to origin) that ALOHAS will subtract from your refund.
What do I get when I place an order with Alohas?
Thank you for buying from ALOHAS! Shortly after you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email including your order number (starting with INT) and a summary of the products purchased.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it back to ALOHA Collection within 30 days of your original purchase date unless purchased as part of a sale or promotion. The preferred method of requesting return pick-ups is through an Aloha Produce Food Services sales representative. This is so they can remain fully aware of your service status and ensure that the internal return process is completed in a timely manner.
When are products returnable for credit?
Products are returnable for full credit only when they are in the original package free of markings or damage.

How long do you have to return a product to get a full refund?
You may return any items purchased for up to 30 days for a full refund and within 10 days of purchase to receive free return shipping. Returns should be sent in the original box or another box of similar protective quality. Items damaged by customer or returned in improper packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
When will my exchange item be shipped?
We will be unable to process your exchange if the product shows signs of use. Exchanges will ship out as soon as we receive the original order.

Why are pierced earrings not returnable?
Please note that pierced earrings including earring pendants and ear cuffs are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

How to use it? Add the items you want to your shopping cart. When confirming your purchase, enter your Store Credit code (exactly as it is) in the "promotional code" section. Store Credit works as a credit, so if you do not use it up, you can use the remaining amount for an upcoming purchase.
