Does AmericanMuscle have a Tech to help with install?
Called AmericanMuscle and did not have a tech to help with install nor a supervisor to assist in this issue. I attempted to reuturn the unused product in its original packaging and return for full refund due to the fact that the part is severely incompatible with what they advertise.
How many times has American muscle sent me the wrong part?
Long story short American Muscle sent me the wrong part 3 times by sending a stainless steel instead of chrome over a 4 month time frame. The part was out of stock several times during that time frame. Finally on the 4th try and a 5 months time they sent the right part.

If you need to return a product, please call us at 1-866-727-1266 or email us at rma@americanmuscle.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which is required to process your return. Products (including packaging) must be returned in new, resalable condition.
RETURNS POLICY
Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the customer receiving the product, and ONLY if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued. AmericanMuscle.com reserves the right to refuse any package returned to us without authorization.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
We try our best to prevent damage to all packages during transit by packing each order carefully. From time to time, though, damage will occur despite our precautions.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
If you return a product without first contacting our Returns Department at rma@americanmuscle.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, it will take up to 3 weeks to be processed and we may charge you a 10% restocking fee at our discretion.
UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Packages will be returned back to us by the carrier if they cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, are not picked up from a UPS facility, or if the recipient refuses delivery. All packages returned to us for the above reasons can take up to 3 weeks to be processed. We may charge you a 10% restocking fee at our discretion.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Returns will not be accepted for any of the following items: Chips and Tuners, DiabloSport and SCT products, Wheel/Tire Packages, Opened Clutches (removed from original packaging), Opened Exhaust products (removed from original packaging), Hoods, Body Kits, Shaker Kits, any custom-order or made-to-order items, non-defective items that have been used, painted or installed on a vehicle.

Everytime i try to order something, it says in stock. I put it in the cart and it says out of stock and could take weeks to receive it. This has happened countless amount of time. Then you contact them and they say it its stock but to call the sales team to make sure it is.

I ordered a tuner on Sunday estimated shipping was Wednesday no update on where my package is after it wasn't delivered Wednesday nor Thursday so I Called and asked about where my package was and low and behold it is lost ! The only way to get another one by Saturday is to pay for it again and wait for the investigation to end witch takes up to 10 days to get a refund ! So have to pay for it twice or wait till the investigation is over to get a tuner .this is the worst experience I have ever had with ordering anything online ! Will not be buying anything else from American muscle again !.

Ordered this part specific to my EcoBoost 2016 Mustang, and it does not fit at all; not even close. Had some of the best experts look at it and make an attempt to see how this could possibley work.
AmericanMuscle - basic sensor upgrade kit
They screwed me on a sensor after I've spent a bunch of money with them in the past and Jackson told me I was SOL, their website said it would fit and it didn't so I shouldn't have to pay for their screw up. But apparently they think I should, that's why I'll go to carid from now on or otherwise it won't go on my s550 mustang point blank.
AmericanMuscle - 2018 mustang 5.0 fr500 wheels and tires fitment
I ordered Rims and Tires on [protected]. After a week and a half of waiting I called in only to have them tell me they have not been shipped due to not being in stock, but i was not informed. They recommended a different size tire, to get them quicker. I asked if they would fit, they said sure no problem.

Don't bother ordering from here, you'll only be disappointed and out of your hard-earned money. I am forced to hassle with them regarding my order that wasn't delivered on time and my money was never refunded. They blamed me for their own mistakes and I guess they will never admit it.

I ordered an intercooler for my ecoboost Mustang after not receiving it on the delivered day i reached out to American Muscle to see what the hold up was. They told me it was processing that it hadnt been shipped out yet. I called once again and this time they told me it was getting shipped out that day.
