To initiate your return, please email us at support@blendjet.com. Our standard return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we typically can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Why is my BlendJet not working?
As a safety precaution there is a small magnet on the jar and base, which must be aligned, or else the blades won't spin. Red flashing lights mean your BlendJet needs to be recharged or that your blades are blocked. Recharge or shake your BlendJet, and/or turn it on upside down, then flip it back over while on.
How long does BlendJet last?
It takes about one and a half hours for a full charge that will last for 15 blends. The light ring around the power button indicates battery level while charging and changes from purple to blue while the BlendJet charges. The BlendJet is fully charged when the ring circle is completely blue.

Our Verdict. The BlendJet 2 is disappointing for multi-purpose use. How long does BlendJet take to ship?
We ship international orders via DHL and FedEx. Average delivery time is 6-9 business days, but could take longer depending on your country's customs process. This is outside of the control of BlendJet and the shipping carrier. With DHL, once your order arrives in your country, it is transferred to your local postal carrier for final delivery, and DHL tracking may stop updating. If it's been more than 5 weeks, contact us and we will help track down your order. Please note that certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We recommend checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you as BlendJet does not cover customs fees, import duties, taxes or other charges.
