Can you return diamond earrings?

You may return any new jewelry item in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange. Extended Holiday Return Policy - All items purchased on or after 11.01. 21 can be returned through 01.15. 22.

Can diamonds be returned?

We do sell treated diamonds. But all of our diamonds are naturally earth mined including the clarity enhanced diamonds. You can and should request a copy of your diamonds' certification at the time of purchase.

Earrings, make-up and toiletries: these items can't be returned for hygiene reasons and this may be extended to items such as underwear and swimwear.

What is the diamond upgrade program at Brilliance?

Our diamond upgrades program applies only to undamaged diamonds purchased from Brilliance. It is up to the sole discretion of Brilliance to determine if a diamond is undamaged and suitable for upgrade. The price of the original diamond must be less than or equal to $7,500 at the time that it was purchased, and the price of the new diamond must be at least twice the value of the original diamond purchased. All diamonds returned for an upgrade must be accompanied by the original diamond grading report or certificate. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to the returned diamond at the time of upgrade and coupon codes or discounts are not valid for upgrades.

We allow you to view a diamond before it's set in a ring. Simply purchase the diamond and we'll ship it to you free of charge. After viewing the diamond, send it back to our offices and we'll build your ring with the engagement ring setting you choose.
