Unless you are returning footwear, an $8.99 charge will be deducted from your refund. Drop off your package at your local UPS office. If there is a Cavender's retail store near you, you may return your online purchase to the store for exchange or refund.

What is the return policy at cavenders?
Cavenders.com will gladly accept your returns for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn). Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition.

How do I cancel my cavenders order?
To change or cancel your order, simply click to the Shopping Cart and either delete items from your order by clicking on “Remove Items” or change the quantity on your order to zero (or any other quantity you want). Then “Update” your cart.
How fast is cavenders shipping?
How long will it take to receive my order? At Cavender's, we begin the fulfillment process immediately. Your order will normally ship within 24-48 hours, but may take longer due to inventory fluctuations. Orders placed after 11:00am CST are processed the following day.
Can you return a cowboy hat?
Items must be unworn, unwashed with the original tags attached. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Can I return an item without a receipt? If you want a refund, you need a receipt. You can return an item that you received a gift, but you'll get store credit instead of a refund.

All orders placed on Cavenders.com are shipped via a variety of carriers including UPS, FEDEX and USPS. Ground shipping is FREE on orders of $50 or more. Ground shipping and returns are FREE on all footwear purchases (applies to original order and first return only). Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO addresses are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). For Alaska and Hawaii orders, please allow 8-9 days for delivery. For APO/FPO orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Shipping and handling rates are based on the amount purchased as shown in the chart here.
