I’ve always loved their selection of clothes and throughout the year it’s become wider and wider making people with different styles feel comfortable buying from here. They’ve added plus sizes, and their shipping has become faster.
Why does cider not have a physical warehouse?
Because Cider is a dropshipper, they probably have no physical infrastructure or very little of it. When you order from Cider, they aren't shipping you products from their own warehouses, they are placing an AliExpress or TaoBao order in your name and probably paying a little extra to slap their logo on it.

Tried shopping for my teen. Selected size and tried to pay. The site did not accept the card. A month later we received charges on credit card and package arrived, which we did not accept. The site is a scam. They claimed that product was accepted and delivered and for charge poster.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Awful customer service. I ordered on 2/4 and was given a delivery date on 2/16. However, no confirmation email with shipping information was provided. On 2/16 I still hadn't received my order so I emailed and was told it hadn't even been shipped yet. I specifically ordered for a party on 2/26.
Sizing & Shipping Disaster
The sizing of things is very scattered. I ordered a medium in everything (tops and bottoms) and some things fit great, others too small, or too big. More things ran on the smaller side, which is one thing that holds me back from ordering again. The return process is a nightmare, so i ended up donating the things that didn't fit.
