Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In order to receive credit, all products must be returned in their original condition in their original packaging and must be accompanied by a return authorization. Claims for damaged products or shortages must be made within 48 hrs. Unfortunately, not all items are covered by our return policy.
