Any merchandise which has been "taken out for a ride" is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet in your boots and to try your motorcycle helmet on indoors before heading out on the bike

All Return products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included. These will need to be shipped back to Team Motorcycle in the same sturdy shipping box. Do not use the manufacturer box as the shipping box.

Exchanges

Please return the item for a refund using your preferred carrier within 30 days from the date of receipt and place a new order. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to Team Motorcycle. We can exchange and ship another size free of shipping charge.

Return shipping charges will only be refunded if the customer is in accordance with the Return policy and if the return shipping receipt is included in the package at the time of delivery to Team Motorcycle.

Return Policy for damaged item received

Damaged/defective items must be reported to us within 3 days of initial receipt of order. If you receive a damaged item, we will ship you a fresh new product upon receiving the damaged item from you. We will also be reimbursing your shipping charges for returning it. But if you want a refund instead of the item, we can do that as well.
