Can I take 2 scoops of OxyShred?
We would recommend starting with this & if you don't feel much happening, take another 1/2 a scoop. Our coaches take this every day & don't feel a dramatic BUZZZZZ off one scoop! So when we workout, most of us like to take a double scoop! This is totally fine – if you do not feel pumped after one, take two!
