How do I request a return for my ELOQUII order?
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the order at customerservice@eloquii.com. Our customer service team will provide the necessary documentation and a shipping label for any eligible return, and will set up a package pickup for you with DHL Express.
Does it cost to exchange items with ELOQUII?
This cost is only if you ship using an Eloquii pre-paid label Exchanges are not available for residents outside the US. For those within the US looking to exchange an item, fill out an exchange form noting the size and color of the item needed and mail the form and item to Eloquii.

2-3 daysMy ELOQUII Unlimited closet – currently 15 items in there. Once you add the minimum number of items to your Closet, they begin packing your shipment. It will ship in 2-3 days via USPS. Wear the items, and when you're ready for more, send them back in the pre-paid envelope mailer included in your shipment.
