How do I cancel a grizzly order?
In the unlikely event that your Grizzly-brand item needs repair, or if you have a technical question, please first gather your order number (if possible), machine serial number, and machine manufacture date, and then contact our Technical Support staff at (570) 546-9663 or by submitting a ticket.
How long does grizzly take to ship?
Your Grizzly order will typically ship in one to two business days. However, please allow up to 10 BUSINESS days for your order to ship based which product(s) you choose. You will be given a tracking number for your shipment when your order has been fulfilled.
What is Shins return policy?
Exchanges must be made and processed within 60 days of original purchase. If 60 days or more have passed since your original purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.
Does grizzly tools ship to Canada?
We do not ship to Canada via US mail or Canadian Post. By placing an order with us, you authorize Grizzly Industrial, Inc. to appoint a Canadian Customs Broker to obtain customs clearance for your merchandise.
What does Shein do with returned clothes?

To clarify, you get one free return per order, and it can even be for MULTIPLE items in an order. It all just needs to be returned at once, in the same package.

All merchandise must be unused and returned in the original box. This store credit has no expiration date. Original and returning shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.

Grizzly Cartridge LLC WILL NOT ACCEPT AMMUNITION RETURNS. Many of our customers are staking their lives on the reliability and quality of our ammo. Therefore, they deserve to know that each time they purchase Grizzly Cartridge Ammunition, they are getting ammunition that has not been out of the factory and has potentially been handled by others.
When ordering, be sure you are ordering the exact ammo you want as we WILL NOT accept returns for a refund
NOTE: For all orders shipping to locations with limitations, it is the Customers responsibility to provide all required and necessary documents in conjunction to state/local law (s) in a timely manner. Orders will be processed and retained FOR 24 HOURS ONLY until ALL requirements are met for the order to be released and shipped.
