Items shipped back in like new condition through standard shipping carriers will only incur a flat fee of $15 to return. I just pulled the trigger on a Vincent SV-236MK integrated to try with my MMGs, based on the recent review in Stereophile. If I don't fall in love with it, though, I plan to return it under the 30-day return provision. Anyone else taken advantage of this from AA?

I've done it. Got a Cambridge Audio A300 integrated amp and within 30 days, the more powerful CA A500 integrated amp went on sale for the same price. I requested an exchange and AA had no issue with the request.

I did with cables some years ago and then with a couple audio racks on another occasion. They took the items back and issued a full refund, no questions asked. I had to pay return shipping for the audio racks, but I knew that going in.

Is HCM Audio good?

I've dealt with HCM Audio and I found them to be very pleasant and helpful. Their sale and demo items are pristine and worth buying at a substantial discount. I've also dealt with Spearit They're also fine, although you have to do more work to find really good deals with them than you do with HCM, but they have a wider selection.
