How often do you have to have your jewelry inspected at Helzberg?
To maintain this care plan, you must have your jewelry inspected at your nearest Helzberg Diamonds location starting six months after the date of purchase and every six months thereafter .
How long does a three year watch care plan last?
Three-Year Jewelry Care Plans are not eligible for renewal. Three-Year Watch Care plan: The Watch Care Plan is available for use up to three years from the date of purchase. There are no inspections required to maintain this plan. Reference the plan number provided at purchase for any covered inspections or repairs.
