What is the restocking fee at AtHome hardware solutions?
Home Hardware Solutions LLC reserves the right to charge the restocking fee to encourage customers to purchase products they intend to keep. Items returned up to 30 days are subject to 15% restocking fee. Power tools are NOT available for return or exchange and all sales are final.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please bring item into our storefront. along with the original receipt

No Cancellations Or Modifications Will Be Allowed After 24 Hours Of Order Placement
You have 30 days to return any item or items in their original unopened package from the date of receipt. You will be credited the full amount minus any shipping charges and restocking fees. Any special orders may not be returned for any reason.
Defective or Damaged Hardware
If a product is defective or damaged you must notify us within 3 business days, we will ship another at our own expense upon return of the defective item's. Prior to shipping back any product we must be contacted either by E-mail or phone at 718-721-8955 to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number, RGA Number.
Warranties
All warranties or guarantees are limited to those offered by the manufacturer. Most of the Items we sell come with Lifetime warrantees please consult with us about warrantee policies of individual products.
