Due to the custom nature of photo prints, we are not able to process refunds or returns on JostensPix products. Jostens is not responsible for the following personalization errors: Errors in spelling, punctuation, accuracy in text or icons chosen or backgrounds selected by the customer.

Will Jostens Proofread or correct my photo?

Jostens will not proofread for or correct mistakes. In addition, if you order prior to your photo being available for preview, Jostens will send you the photo that was selected for your school’s yearbook and will not process returns or refunds due to dissatisfaction with the photo.
