Is Kohls still taking Amazon returns?
Perhaps unthinkable five years ago, Kohl's now accepts Amazon returns at all stores and has designated kiosks or counters set up for customers there to deal with an issue with an Amazon order. The goal is to gain incremental sales from the extra store traffic.

Return by Mail
To return your Kohls.com order via the mail, you will need to locate and fill out the Return Form included from us in your shipment. Next, you’ll need to pack the merchandise in a sturdy box. Returns by mail may take up to 30 days to be processed once the package has arrived back to the return center.
