How long does it take for Kuru shoes to ship?

Take your shoes off your feet and set them side by side on a level surface. Get down so your eyes are level with the surface and check to see if there's a visible slant to the soles at the heels. If there is, you've got a worn out pair of shoes on your hands.

You can only return them for refund or exchange if they are unworn, in the original product packaging, and you have the receipt or invoice. While they say you can return items for any reason for up to 60 days, they can't appear to have been worn.

When cleaning mud or other debris, allow the mud to fully dry, then with a soft-bristled brush, lightly remove the dirt. Never put your shoes in a washer or dryer. Always allow your shoes to air dry. If your shoes get wet, make sure to remove sockliner insole to make sure the interior of the shoe fully dries.

How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
