What is L'Ange hair's return policy for damaged hair products?
At our discretion, L'ange Hair will either refund the cost of the order or exchange the damaged/defective product. Damage due to misuse or abuse, such as incorrect voltage supply, dropping, or failure to follow instructions enclosed in product packaging.
How do I return a defective L’Ange product?
Please contact L’ange Hair Customer Care Agent HERE to submit a warranty claim and to receive instructions on how to return the defective/damaged product. Our limited warranty covers only styling tools as any Hair Care & Accessories products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Does Lange really work?
It makes curling so quick and easy to do and the curls actually last—for days if you keep them! My thick hair has a mind if its own and will NOT stay curly with other irons. The included glove is very helpful as well—definitely use it if you're not accustomed to using a wand. I highly recommend it.

The gift receiver is asked to verify the order number (in the enclosed packaging) and delivery address zipcode. You are then presented with a screen where the gifted items are displayed and you’re asked to provide the cause of return.

Purchases exceeding the gift exchange amount are paid for with the store's normal check-out methods.
How will this exchange voucher work?
At the time a shipping label is presented, you are also presented with a unique instant gift exchange voucher code that's easily copied to your clip-board.
