The Willow wearable breast pump is a single-user medical device and returns must be new, unopened (no seals broken), unused, and in the original packaging. Your return request must be submitted within 90 days of the purchase date.

Can you bend over with Elvie?
The pumps can spill if you bend over while using the pump, so your movement is somewhat restricted. Elvie's bottles are 5oz (150ml); if you typically pump more than that on one side, you would need to switch out the bottles during your pumping session.

Is the original shipping cost refundable?
Original shipping costs are not refundable. Return and exchange shipping costs are your responsibility. DEMDACO will, however, pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item). All returns received will be credited to the original purchasing credit card number.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, please note the requested size on the invoice. Should the requested size be available, we will make the swap and send the new size out.
