What is Lovebox?
At Lovebox, since 2017, our mission is to help people find happiness by caring for others. We spread smiles with the Lovebox, the first Love Note messenger, allowing to instantly brighten someone's day from a distance. It all started back in 2015 when Jean left for MIT in Boston to research robotics while his fiancee Melodie stayed in France.

How to send messages in black & white on Lovebox?
Send a message, a drawing or an animation in Black & White on the lovebox thanks to our application (downloadable for free on the App Store or the Play Store). When a message arrives on the Lovebox, its heart starts to turn. By opening the lid of the Lovebox, the recipient will be able to discover the surprise that appears on their screen.
Can I return my lovebox?
As the keepsake boxes from The Lovebox Co are made to order we cannot accept any returns for change of mind. Any keepsake boxes that have any imperfections or inconsistencies are a result from being a handmade product and makes each keepsake box unique and therefore no return is offered.
How do I cancel my lovebox order?
You can cancel your order by sending us a quick message at loveteam@lovebox.love : If it has not been shipped yet, we can cancel it and refund you immediately.
How does a lovebox work?
The Lovebox sits in your loved one's home and connects to the internet via Wi-Fi. You send your special someone a short message or drawing with the Lovebox app available on iOS and Android. When the box receives the message, an itsy-bitsy red heart spins like a pinwheel.

Is a Lovebox worth it?
All in all, I still recommend the Lovebox. It's original, will last you for years on end, and is such a wonderful tool to strengthen and grow any relationship in your life. If you have enabled the "Always display the last message on the Lovebox", the secret code will be displayed on the screen at the bottom left.
Does Lovebox have to be plugged in?
The Lovebox needs to be connected to a power outlet in order to work. It has no built-in battery and doesn't require batteries.

When is Lovebox 2022? Lovebox returns to Gunnersbury Park, London Saturday 16th July 2022.
Does Lovebox require subscription?
Lovebox remains unlimited and free. You can still send all the templates we have released so far and we keep adding new free templates throughout the year for special occasions. All features remain free and ad-free and we'll keep adding new free features (e.g., searching for templates and stickers is coming soon!).
How do I delete my Lovebox account?
