What is the time frame of delivery for a dress? Stock dresses can be delivered to your address within 7-14 business days from the day of your purchase. Stock dresses that are to be delivered to an international location will be shipped within 10-20 days depending on the shipping address.

Can you go one size up on a dress?
If you are in between sizes, we always recommend going one size up. If you get a smaller dress, there is nothing you can do but if the dress is a little bigger, you can always get alterations.

My daughter and I ordered a dress, rush shipping. Never got a confirmation that the dress shipped so I text and tried to call. Got nothing. My daughter called a different number and a lady with a foreign accent tells her that the order was cancelled 3 days ago. I still have not received an email concerning the dress!!!!

Okay but could be better
I ordered a dress that said it was in stock and my order ended up canceled the next day because it was out of stock. I got my money back but would've been nice had I known it already out of stock so I didn't waste my time ordering.

Al from Madame Bridal is absolutely the best! I was very stressed to find a dress for my son's Bar Mitzvah. I called Madame Bridal and Al answered the phone, was extremely polite and friendly from the start. He accommodated me even though I forgot to make an appointment and stayed later to help me.

Madam Bridal gown
Madam's Bridal gown was as beautiful as shown in picture and fit nearly perfect. I had the fabric taken in slightly in the chest as well as hem keeping the lovely train. My only concern with the company was not having a reasonable number of dress sizes in stock. The dress was made in China and shipped within 3 months.

I ordered an expensive dress, over 500. I get an invoice from my Paypal that my payment was made to someone named Jill J LLC? I receive no email from the site and then finally, I look to check my order on Paypal because it was the only trusty source and see that they canceled my order and did not notify me. Thank god for Paypal.
NEVER again
NEVER again Overpriced, and the 5 day return policy is ridiculous. And by the way, you will NEVER get a refund, only a credit to a store with clothing you will NEVER wear again. Avoid at all costs.
