There is not one review that didn't have an issue with their board after it arrived. My personal experience is upsetting. Got my board and within weeks the deck began splitting down the middle. Then the ESC quit working.

My son ordered his meepoboard, and didnt see it was from hongkong. Please dont order from them. you are better off ordering from amazon. the worst customer service you are ever get. you will regret. they dont have a phine number to call. only email. dont buy from them. ordered a week back still nit with me yet. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

My experience with this company was positive. I unfortunately needed to cancel my skateboard order and I knew, having read the return policy before buying, that once the board ships, that’s it - no returns. But the customer service was very professional and they cancelled the order and refunded my purchase quickly. They were very easy and pleasant.
Terrible board, terrible company, terrible service, DO NOT BUY
Bought this board and really enjoyed it for a month. Then it stopped working correctly and would not accelerate. Meepo claims to give you a 6 month warranty but they are not willing to ship you a new board. This thing cost me $500 and I only was able to use it for a month. Their customer service system is very poor and takes so much time.
BEWARE!!! Poor customer service on a faulty new board!
Not a problem with shipping or receiving. Got the board and loved it at first. Now with less than 1 month of gentle commute to university and under 100 total miles, it suddenly started clicking and grinding in the front left assembly and it won't go up to speed. Replaced (at my cost) the sleeves with spares I had bought with the board.
Don't waste your money or time
We purchased the Meepo V3 for our son for Xmas 2020 and after a 2 month delay we received if Jan. 21, 2021. Since we live in the midwest he couldn't ride it until late March or April. On August 3 the board started shutting off randomly while riding it.
Don't believe the hype!
US-based warehouse for faster shipping? Nope! Was told the board ships Sept 28th. Ordered a week early and started blowing them up on Sept 29th. Then, on Sept 30th, they told me my board had shipped and sent me a UPS tracking number.
