Can I get a refund on Nintendo eShop?

Can you return opened Nintendo games?
Some may let you return an opened game, but most will only provide a refund on Switch games if they are returned in unopened packaging with the sale receipt. Your best bet is to contact the retailer for specific returns policy information, and go from there.

Can you return digital games?
Digital goods like apps, games, add-on content, subscriptions, movies, TV shows, and books aren't returnable unless the offer for applicable law states that you're eligible for a refund.
Can you return an opened Nintendo switch game to target?

Can I return an opened Nintendo switch game to Walmart?
Is it possible to return video games to Walmart after they have been opened? Yes, you may return video games to Walmart once they've been played. After the game has been opened, however, it is no longer eligible for a refund. You'll have to exchange it for a fresh copy of the same game for the same system.
Can you return opened games to GameStop?
Be aware that GameStop considers games “opened” once the shrink wrap is removed. If it's opened, your only option is an identical exchange within 30 days of your purchase. This protects you if the product is damaged through no fault of your own.
