What is Nomad's return policy for products purchased from the outlet?
* If your Nomad product is defective or has some other issue, please submit a warranty claim. Items purchased from the Nomad Outlet are Final Sale and will not be considered for returns or exchanges. Any product purchased as part of Nomad's Free Case for the Planet initiative is not valid for a return or exchange.
What is the return policy for international orders?
International orders have 30 days from receiving your order to return merchandise. For returned items past the 15 day return period, a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the store credit given. The 15 days starts from the day the order was received by the customer.
What happens if the returned item cannot be restocked?
If the returned item cannot be restocked due to appearing used, your request for a refund, exchange, or store credit will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you.
