Is Parker Gwen customer service good?
Customer service is responsive and super helpful when responding to product inquiries, and the prints I received are even nicer than the pictures on the website suggest. This was a super satisfying shopping experience from start to finish, and this will definitely NOT be my last Parker Gwen order.
How long does Parker Gwen take to deliver a sofa?
How BBB Processes Complaints and Reviews On 9/11/21 we ordered a sofa from Parker Gwen which appeared to be in stock. Several days later, we receive a notice saying it is not, but will be in November, and then take 4-6 weeks to deliver AFTER they get it.
