Ordered an item that was guaranteed by Christmas. Then got a delivery date of December 11. As of December 22, nothing yet. I have attempted to email, call, live chat no less than 7 times, and never get a response. Don't waste your money on this site. If they have a customer service dept at all, it is the worst I have experienced.
