Play it Again Sports are independently owned franchises. Each one has different policies regarding returns/exchanges. I worked at a PIAS during college and all of the ones around here (Middle TN) allow 7 days for a used item and 30 days for a unused new item.

At least they didn't tell you no refund. You can use the store credit in the future.

Yeah, lots of times used/clearance items have a NO REFUND policy attached to them, so this is better than nothing. And especially from a used place - there's no way for them to really know you're returning the exact item you bought or what condition it's in. Store credit is better than nothing, though. Lesson learned - no more impulse buys.
