How to cancel Quickcandles order?

Call us immediately at 1-800-928-6175 to cancel an order. We process and ship most orders within minutes of receiving them; so if you need to cancel please let us know as soon as possible. If you need to cancel an order after business hours, please email your order number and request to cancel@quickcandles.com.

How to return a prepaid label?

How long does it take to get a refund from a bank?

Is shipping cost refundable?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
