RAEN offers FREE returns and exchanges on all U.S. orders (no minimum) made within 14 days of delivery from raen.com. We have extended our return window till January 4th for purchases made from November 21st till January 4th.

To return or exchange an item, go here or go to your order history and select the order you would like to return or exchange an item for to begin the process. Once approved, an RMA Number and further instructions will be emailed to you directly.
