How much do revival rugs cost?

We’re going to keep this simple as Revival Rugs does the same. You can expect to pay anywhere from $500 to over $2,000 for a rug from the company. Their antique styles are the most expensive considering their one-of-a-kind nature, but their new rugs are in the premium class as well.

What's your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your shipment.

How soon will I get my refund?

It takes approximately 14 business days for us to inspect and process your return once it's received at our warehouse. You'll receive a refund notification once the inspection and refund is processed. The restocking fee will be reflected in the refund amount.

What items can be returned?

All items with the exception of rug pads may be returned as long as they are not used and in salable condition. A $20 processing fee applies to each rug, wall hanging, throw, and bath bundles returned. A $10 processing fee is assessed for each product including Bath, Doormats, Placemats, Glassware, Cushion Cases & Sealed Cushion Inserts.

What items cannot be returned?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on rug pads for hygienic reasons. The same policy applies for cushion inserts that are not in their original sealed packaging. Thank you for your understanding.

I received a system error message and am not able to process my return, what do I do?

What happens if a rug is not selected for our original vintage collection?

If a rug is not selected for our Original Vintage collection, the rug’s original color is first desaturated (which often produces interesting variations and shades) and then undergoes a second dyeing process where synthetic dyes are used.

Some purchase vintage because they favor the authenticity and elegance of a gently faded, worn-in look that distinguishes it from “vintage-like” new rugs that have been artificially faded.

Hand-knotted refers to a process in which knots are individually knotted onto the foundation as the rug is being woven.

Natural materials for rugs typically include sheep wool, goat wool, cotton, jute, hemp, and silk. Synthetics include nylon, acrylic, viscose, polyester, and polypropylene.
