In general, your return should meet these guidelines: Items should be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Can you return hair back to the hair store?
If you purchased a product and change your mind at the time you receive it, you may return it for a refund within 30 days. Purchases may only be returned or exchanged at the original location of purchase. Refunds are only given for products* that are still in unopened and unused condition.

Answer: As per Walmart's” no receipt policy, “you can return three times without a receipt within 45 days at the Walmart store only. The only makeup or beauty products that cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been used or opened are perfumes, nail polish, and aerosols.
