Due to the nature of our product we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. This is because we work around the clock to ship out orders as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched.

Is Solotica trustworthy?

Solotica lenses are FDA approved and CE certified meaning they are safe to use, providing your eye doctor has confirmed your eyes are suitable for colored contacts.

Can I return opened contact lenses?

If you are still unsatisfied, and want to return your contact lenses, print and fill out a claim form. Mail the form, receipts and opened ACUVUE® boxes to the address on the claim form; return unopened boxes to your doctor. in the mail.

Are Solotica lenses uncomfortable?

These lenses are beautiful but they are the most uncomfortable lenses I have ever worn. After 2 days of trying to wear them for 5+ hours each day I had to stop wearing them because I could feel my eyes being starved of oxygen because the material is so thick and scratchy. Eyes didn't feel right for days afterwards.

How long does it take for Solotica contacts to arrive?

We usually deliver to the US and Canada within 3-5 working days. This is also valid for longer distances such as Los Angeles, California or Dallas, Texas. To New York and Miami we deliver within the same timeframe.

Can you return unopened contact lenses?
