How do I cancel a Vestique order?
Can I cancel my order? Once you have received shipping confirmation, your order cannot be cancelled. You may return or exchange the order by following our returns and exchanges policy.
How strict is Aritzias return policy?
RETURNS. You can receive a full refund within 30 days from the shipping date or merchandise credit on an eGift Card within 40 days from the shipping date. After 40 days, we will no longer accept returns.

Starting Tuesday, REI will try to discourage customers from “renting” equipment for as long as they like by ending its policy of no time limits on returns. Customers will be allowed to take back store items for one year after purchase. The deadline for returning outlet merchandise bought on REI.com will be 30 days.
Can I return dirty shoes?

In case the customer returns the product, it is the distributor's obligation to satisfy the customer’s need for money refund or replacements of products. The Distributor can then return these products, with original Invoice to the Company.
Can a distributor return a product?
In case of any dissatisfaction, manufacturing or packaging defect, customers/Distributors can return/exchange the product. The customers/Distributors must contact the Distributor/Company from whom they had purchased the same, within 30 days from the date of purchase. They have to provide a reason and return the said products. In case the customer returns the product, it is the distributor's obligation to satisfy the customer’s need for money refund or replacements of products.
