How long does it take to get a refund from wig studio?
Request for Return or Exchange is made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Wig Studio 1, LLC does not sell refurbished or previously owned products. We will process your refund within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date we receive your item back.

How do I return a wig?
Carefully place your wig back into the original packaging, and then back into the original shipping box. Attach the Return Shipping Label to the outside of the original USPS box to cover the original shipping label. Give your package to your Postman or drop it off at any USPS Office.
