How does Zinus warranty work?
Your new Zinus product comes with a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Your product will be replaced or you will receive a prorated refund, at our option, should it be found defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects other than specific limitations contained herein.
How do I return a Zinus mattress to Walmart?
They will accept returns of mattresses within 90-days of purchase, as long as the mattress is in the original packaging and has not been opened. How long does a refund take?
After Zinus receives the returned mattress, a refund will be generated back to the original form of payment within 2-3 business days.
Is my entire purchase price refunded?
The entire purchase price of the mattress is returned in full. It's refunded back to the original form of payment.
