How long does it take to get a return authorization number from AutoAnything?
The vast majority of products available at AutoAnything are returnable. To initiate a return, you must request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 30 days of receipt of the product.
Can you return a non-defective item to AutoAnything?
Items to be replaced must meet the same conditions as items returned to AutoAnything for a refund. Non-defective items returned for exchange must be in a new and ready-to-sell condition with all original packaging, paperwork and parts included. Defective items must also be returned with the same items included in the original order.
How long does it take to return a product?
Most products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are new, uninstalled, and with the original packaging. We reserve the right to charge up to the full value of the product for items that do not meet those requirements.

If you've received an incorrect product, or if we've guaranteed fitment on your order, and the product does not fit your vehicle, give us a call at (800) 874-8888 and select option #2, and we'll start the return process for you.
Can you return custom painted items?
Some products, including, but not limited to, custom patterned and custom, and painted items are not returnable. Products that have been installed on your vehicle. Products that have been modified (drilled or altered in any way) Some restrictions apply. See terms below.
