Does Christy Sports offer buy online and pick-up in-store services?
Christy Sports is currently not able to offer offer Buy Online and Pick-Up In-Store service but we are actively working on enabling this feature and other similar capabilities in the near-future. What types of payment do you take? Christy Sports accepts all major US and Canadian credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay.
Can I redeem my Christy Sports gift card online?
The Christy Sports website is unable to redeem gift cards towards online purchases at this time but we hope to enable this functionality soon. Can I buy or redeem my Christy Sports Gift Card online?
Does Christy Sports offer a damage waiver?
Yes, all Christy Sports locations offer the damage waiver. The cost is $2 per person, per day. Damage waiver covers only breakage or damage of equipment, it does not cover loss, theft or personal injury. When can I pick up my equipment?
Where can I purchase a Christy gift card?
Gift Cards can still be purchased and redeemed at any Christy Sports store location. Why was my order processing delayed? We make every effort to ship orders within 3 business days of the order date.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be delighted with your purchase which is why we offer a no fuss 14 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging, within 14 days of the date you received the item.
How do I return unwanted goods?
Complete the returns information on the despatch note and make sure to include it in your parcel before repacking. Please note if the returns information is not included, this will cause delays in processing your refund.
Returning items via CollectPlus
CollectPlus is a returns service that allows you to drop your return at one of over 5,800 drop off points at local stores (newsagents, convenience stores and petrol stations etc) at a time and place that suits you. You'll receive proof of postage, insurance and an online tracking code so that you can follow your parcel's progress back to us.
What products are non-returnable?
For hygiene reasons we are unable to give refunds on our filled products (duvets, pillows & mattress toppers) and toiletries unless they prove to be faulty or defective. Orders that contain personalised items with personalisation/monogramming cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded unless the product is faulty.
How do I return a faulty or defective item?
Please contact us on info@christy.co.uk or call us on 01612650107 with full details of the faulty product and we will arrange for the item to be returned and subsequently inspected by a member of our quality control team.
How do I return an item under the 'Distance Selling Regulations' ?
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 working days after the date of delivery. If you cancel within this period of 7 working days, you must inform us in writing or by email at info@christy.co.uk.
FREE SHIPPING INFORMATION
Christy Sports offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $50 or more (currently without any exceptions). Any order for less than $50 will incur a $9.99 shipping charge.
WHERE AND HOW WE SHIP
Christy Sports ships via FEDEX ground only at this time. That means we can ship to any street address or business in the 50 US States. Unfortunately this means we do no ship to post office addresses, military addresses or US properties. We also do not offer express shipping at this time.
PROCESSING & TRANSIT TIME
Christy Sports makes every effort to ship out orders by the next business day after your order has been confirmed. Often, we are able to ship them out the same day (when ordered before 1pm MT). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will ship no later than Monday (assuming Monday is not a holiday).
