Do not order from Oak & Luna. You are gambling in every way. Their customer service is non-existent, they don't respond, and what they show on their website is not necessarily what you will get. I ordered an engraved piece, and expected it to show up like it shows on the website. It showed up as a crappy, laser-etched piece. The products are completely misrepresented on their site and they don't back anything. You can't call them because they're "completely online", but their people are also never available. They said I can return it for 10% of what I paid. They deceive and lie. Do not order from them. By the way, in the pictures, the "I" is what I received. The "Emma" is what they're advertising on their site. The "I" looks terrible... It's printed in white instead of actually engraved into the piece as they say it is.

Worse customer experience ... I would have bought other products if it was not for the bad customer service. Tried to return my item, needed to send 5 email to finally get the instructions and pre paid label. After 60 days, they are not even able to find or track my item with their own label. Unbelievable
