If you'd like to return your order for any reason then you have up to 30 days (excluding the extended Christmas returns period) to return your item (s) for a refund as long as your order is still in the new, unused condition that it was sent in . Do not attach any tape or delivery labels directly to the box and please make sure that the box is suitably protected from the weather during transit (popping in a carrier/bin bag and sealing with some tape is a great alternative to expensive mailing bags).
