How long do you have to return an outdoor umbrella?
If you are not satisfied with your outdoor furniture or patio umbrella, you have 3 days from the time of delivery to communicate your intent to return. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. After the 3-day period, outdoor furniture and patio umbrellas are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Can you return a custom order to Hicks?
Custom furniture orders are not returnable to Hicks Nurseries. Any changes to a customer order must be made within 24-hours of placing the initial order. All custom orders are covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee.

Can you use UV protection on Hicks cushions?
Yes. At Hicks Nurseries we have an extensive selection of UV-protected and water-resistant cushions in various print, pattern and solid fabric options – all in-stock and ready to take home. We can also custom order for you from Sunbrella®, Outdura® and O’Bravia®.
Can you return a lifelike Christmas tree?
Lifelike trees sold after 12 /25 cannot be returned. All clearance trees are final sale. They are still subject to repairs as stated in section 4. Floor model lifelike Christmas trees that are returned within two weeks must be in full working order and are subject to a $100 restocking fee.
What is Hicks Advantage?
Hicks Advantage™ is a free rewards program that offers benefits when you shop. If you’re not a member yet, it’s a quick, easy sign-up in store or shop online and get automatic enrollment.
Do savings certificates roll over?
Customers must make at least one purchase each calendar year in order to be eligible for all program benefits. Savings point’s balances do not roll over from year to year. Issuance of savings certificate clears current points balance. Savings certificates can not be applied to online purchases and are not transferable.
Is Hicks Nurseries responsible for undelivered emails?
Hicks Nurseries is not responsible for undelivered emails. Please add or update your email address on your account on your next store visit. Hicks Advantage™ discounts may not be combined with other sales and promotions.
