Shipping durations depend on the temperature of the order location and the temperature in Kohler, Wisconsin. If the temperature is above 70 degrees, all orders must be shipped via FedEx 2nd Day Air or faster. If the temperature is above 85 degrees, all orders must be shipped via FedEx Next Day Air.

What happens if a customer refuses to accept delivery of a package?
If a customer refuses to accept delivery of their package, returns their package, issues a chargeback with their credit card company, fails to pay duty, taxes, brokerage fees, customs fees, and any other associated shipping fees, and these fees get charged back to OPEengines.com, OPEengines.com reserves the right, and will charge you, the customer, a fee of $50. or more, plus any fines, collection expenses, attorney fees, chargeback fees, etc.
What to do if package arrives damaged?
When packages appear damaged on arrival, state condition of the container over your signature on the receipt. If damage is discovered after opening the container, notify the carrier immediately. We provide good merchandise, properly packaged to the carrier. Claims for damage must be directed to the carrier first, not to OPEengines.
What happens if you get a chargeback from your credit card company?
If a charge back has been issued from your credit card company, we will pursue you legally through an attorney and or/collection agency and any other means. So, even if a chargeback is issued, you will be pursued through other means until we recover the cost of the products plus any and all fees. OPEengines.com retains the right to charge the Customer's Credit Card for any and all chargeback fees in cases where the chargeback is disputed by OPEengines.com.

Due to the time and effort involved in disputing a chargeback, any and all chargebacks issued to OPEengines.com will involve a $50.00 fee charged to the Customer issuing the chargeback.
What happens if you return an engine?
If an engine or shortblock is returned, the shipping charges we paid to ship it out to you plus repackaging costs, will be deducted from your refund.
How long does it take to return a short block?
Engines & Short Blocks must be returned within 30 days from the date you received and that have not been started or had oil and gas added or mounted, ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. Parts must be returned within 30 days from the date of sale. There are no refunds on electrical parts unless part is deemed defective by us.
