Does libas have return policy?

Libas Returns & Exchanges Products can be exchanged within 15 days from the date of delivery. Exchange Cancellations and Returns can be done through online dispatch or in a Libas store conveniently located. For both the scenarios it is requested to intimate us.

How do I cancel my order on libas?

The Customer is required to contact the The Libas Store Contact Centre i.e info@thelibasstore.com for cancellation. The Libas Store's Customer service team would initiate the cancellation requests on behalf of the customer.

Can I cancel an online order before delivery?

Cancellations and Returns are applicable only in case of damaged product or delivery of incorrect size (size other than that ordered). Libas designs limited will be able to exchange any online sales purchased at www.libasfashion.com subject to the following conditions.
