What should my return policy be?
It's important to let your customers know how long they have to return a product. Generally speaking, 15-30 days is standard, although some businesses opt for 90 days. Either way, you won't be doing yourself any favors by accepting returns beyond that time.

Return Policy
Thank you so much for your purchase from The Mint Julep. We do not offer refunds, accept online returns, or order cancellations. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We work hard to pack your items with the utmost care, but if an item ever arrives damaged we will make it right by sending you a replacement item or issuing you an exchange store credit.
Shipping Policy
Most orders ship for a flat rate shipping charge of $14.95 unless you choose an over-sized or very fragile item that we cannot not ship for a flat rate. You will receive a confirmation email upon the placement of your order. Your order will be hand packed with the utmost care & shipped within 10-14 business days via UPS.
Returns & Refund Policy
We accept returns on orders within 30 days of the order date, when the products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued once the return order has been received and inspected. You will be refunded the amount of your original order within 7-10 business days of inspection.
