How do I make a claim with Miss Lola?

Please note you must contact MISS LOLA within 30 days from delivery date to be eligible for a claim. Signature may be required at the time of delivery for applicable orders. As always, our Customer Service team is available for additional assistance via email/telephone during business hours.

What is the return policy for an exchange?

All exchanges are Final Sale. Eligible items must be returned within 45 business days from the delivery date for an Exchange. Please note, refunds are issued for the item cost excluding any shipping expense and they are processed back to the original form (s) of payment used for the order.

How do I contact misslola?

If you have any questions, please feel free to email us to info@misslola.com. All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm PST, with the exception of national holidays where carriers do not pick up packages.
