- Visit the website if you wish to return an item.
- Return of qualified items must be done within sixty days from which the order was placed.
- All shipping and handling charges are not refundable and are bore by the buyer.

The Beginning
Sometime in 2012, after trying to turn a few hobbies into a business (and failing), I started another side project to keep myself busy. I had wanted to start an online store for a while, mostly because I wanted to see if I could do it at all.
What happens if my package is not delivered?
In cases where your package was not delivered because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship your package. If your package is over $200 US, it is automatically covered by Route+ for lost, stolen and damaged packages. All claims can be easily filed through Route. > Learn more.
How to check if a package has arrived?
If your tracking number says that your package has arrived but you haven't received anything, we suggest doing the following: 1 Verify the shipping address on your order is correct 2 Look for an attempted delivery notice slip 3 Double check your area in case it's stored in a hidden area 4 Check to see if your neighbours or someone in your residence accepted it 5 Allow an extra 1-2 days - in rare instances, orders have been marked as delivered before actually arriving
What does it mean when an item has an estimated ship date?
PRE-ORDER ITEMS. If an item has an estimated ship date, it means that the item is on its way to us and is estimated to be available to ship on the date specified. This way, you can purchase and reserve the item (s) you want in advance to ensure you're the first to get your hands on it!
