I bought something from Tobi over a month ago. It's stuck at arrival at destination country and Tobi won't reply to my emails. So frustrating!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Cheap clothing and terrible customer service. I ordered a dress and when received, it was super low quality and not wearable at all. It was totally sheer (which it was not supposed to be) and spread loose glitter everywhere. I contacted them the same day I received the dress asking for a refund.

UPDATE: After reading my negative reviews online, Tobi deactivated my online account so that I cannot use my $250 in credit. They straight up stole this money from me. Tobi is HORRIBLE. Their clothes are very low quality. Nothing looks like it does on the site.

DO NOT BUY. I purchased a dress and the sizing was completely off. I contacted customer service and after a ton of emails back and forth, they told me to send the dress back to them for store credit and sent me a return label. Unfair refund policy as a new customer
I have had to leave the country on an emergency and was unable to receive my Tobi package.
Horrible!! Do not order!!
This store sent me two dresses, both broken, and had massive shipping delays. Once I finally received the dresses, and opened the package I emailed customer service 20 minutes later.
