Does Alphalete allow returns?
We gladly accept returns for both refunds and exchanges! Exchanges can only be requested for the same item in alternate sizes. If your exchange cannot be completed due to unavailable stock or a different item is requested, a refund will be issued.
How long do Alphalete returns take?
This can take 3-5 business days to process. Please note that return label costs are deducted from the total refund amount for the item(s) being returned. Exchanges: Exchanges can only be processed for an alternate size — the product and color itself must remain the same.
Are Alphalete UK returns free?
If you are returning your entire order, please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded. Any returns that are delivered outside of 45 days of the delivery date of your order may be subject to denial. Please contact our support team if your return is delayed unexpectedly.
How do I return to Alphalete Canada?
Please make sure you are returning your order to the correct store — if you've ordered from alphaleteathletics.ca, your order can only be returned to that store (alphaleteathletics.com and alphalete.uk do not qualify).
What size Alphalete should I get?
For this batch of shirts, we HIGHLY recommend ordering ONE SIZE UP from what you normally wear. Our first launch is less than one week away!!!!
Can you return Nvgtn leggings?
We only accept return items according to the following guidelines: All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery. Clothing tags must still be intact* Clothing must be returned in original product bags.

Can you return a face mask?
We cannot accept returns (including issuing refunds) or exchanges on any water bottles, face masks, underwear, or socks for hygiene reasons.
Can you return a discount on a 30% discount?
Any items discounted 30% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Items discounted less than 30% are welcome to be returned within our 60-day window.
How long does it take to get a refund from a distribution center?
Once your items are delivered to our distribution center your return will be inspected and processed within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email update on the status of your return once processed.
