Dishonest: if they make a mistake, they won't fix it
Jacket was much smaller through chest than size chart, and they refused to do anything about it. Took the problem to my CC company and they took the money right out of Leathercult's account and returned to mine.

How long does it take to return boots?
Boots. Follow the Directions for General Returns above to return your footwear within 30 days of receipt. All boots must be properly packaged and returned in there original box. The boot storage box cannot be used to ship the item back to us, as it is not strong enough and can easily damage the contents of the box.
