Is fanatics and NFLShop the same?
NFL. In March 2016, the NFL and Fanatics agreed to a new long-term extension to operate NFLShop.com. The NFLPA also granted Fanatics the rights for player merchandise. Fanatics will replace Nike as the largest maker and seller of player merchandise starting in March 2017.
Is NFLShop com real?
NFLshop.com is the official NFL site. The two could be easily confused. But there are ways to tell this site isn't the real one. Aside from the difference in web address the website says they "are from a different country and there may be overseas transaction fees."

How long does it take for NFL Shop to refund?
It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.
Where does NFL Shop ship from?
The majority of our orders ship from our shipping facilities located in Jacksonville, Florida, Las Vegas, Nevada and Frazeysburg, Ohio. However, some items may ship directly from our manufacturer.

That is, you cannot use the logos without the express permission of the NFL. The logos of the various teams of the NFL are trademarks that are owned by the NFL.

In general, NFL Jerseys will fit a little larger, but that depends on the jersey type. We recommend buying the next size up jersey if you plan on wearing clothes underneath (hoodies, t-shirts, etc).

Unfortunately for small sellers, big corporations have far more resources to legally pursue you and you will not win the battle. It's worth noting that the NFL is active on Etsy and listings that infringe their trademarks are regularly removed.

There are some caveats. You have to have bought the jersey within three months before the player is traded. And then, you have two weeks after the trade to request the exchange.
